Request removal or correction

The Trophy Registry is a curated directory compiled from publicly available information about firms and advisers who serve ultra-high-net-worth clients. We do not republish private data, and no entry requires payment or permission to exist.

We also recognise that listings should be accurate, and that a firm or individual may prefer not to appear. Both are resolved the same way.

To remove an entry

Email info@trophyregistry.com with the subject line "Removal request" and a link to the profile, or the name of the firm. No reason is required.

The entry is removed and the page taken down without delay, and the address returns a standard not-found page. We confirm the removal by reply.

To correct an entry

Email info@trophyregistry.com with the subject line "Correction request" and the specific change. Corrections are applied to the profile and the last-reviewed date is updated.

What we list

Entries contain only public business information: firm name, website, practice area, geographic focus and publicly documented facts such as founding year, headquarters and, where applicable, regulatory status or ranking. We do not reproduce marketing text, logos, client names or private contact details.
